Dispute Resolution Clause (Essex County)
Any dispute or controversy arising from this website or your interaction with Nutrition Harmony LLC that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding confidential arbitration held in Essex County, Massachusetts, before an arbitrator mutually selected by the Practice and the Member-Employee, with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. If the parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator within twenty-one (21) days after either party has made a demand for arbitration, the matter shall be submitted to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service of American Health Lawyers Association, whose decision shall be final and binding and whose judgment may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. All disputes and controversies arising from this website or your interaction with Nutrition Harmony LLC shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
